This HATCH session is for Business Owners & Startup Founders. It will provide tools to develop products and services that your customers will love.

GUEST SPEAKER:

Crystal McGregor is an entrepreneur, with a love of innovation and humans. Based in regional coastal NSW, Crystal is the Program Lead for Tech Ready Women, as well as a mentor, advisor and non-executive Director for multiple startups. She has raised investment capital, secured over $4Mil in grants and is an inventor, with an Australian Innovation Patent.

OUTCOMES:

Crystal will lead an interactive session, sharing the tools, tips and tricks to support you to:

• Understand who your first/next customer is;

• Identify the problem they need fixing; and

• Determine your next step in implementing a solution.

The session will add to the Lean Startup process from previous sessions.

You don't need to spend your life savings on product development, the Lean Startup methodology brings your customers along the journey, rather than risking 'build it and they will come'.
