Crystal will guide a step-by-step session, to create your Customer Journey Map, including how to:

  • Attract and convert new or first customers;

  • Determine the features and functions that will delight customers;

  • Build brand ambassadors; and

  • Use data to make decisions.

Mapping your customer journey will provide a simple roadmap to prioritise where effort is placed to start or build your business.

Crystal McGregor is an entrepreneur, with a love of innovation and humans. Based in regional NSW, Crystal is the Program Lead for Tech Ready Women, as well as a mentor, advisor and non-executive Director for multiple startups. She has raised investment capital, secured over $4Mil in grants and is an inventor, with an Australian Innovation Patent.
