Vision Boards +Goal Setting for 2024 in Tamworth

On 31st January, a small group of Tamworth founders gathered to kick-start their 2024 planning with a Vision Board + Goal Setting session at the UNE SMART Region Incubator.

Over coffee and conversation, participants explored goal-setting strategies, shared their aspirations for the year ahead, and got hands-on with creating vision boards to bring their goals to life.

The session provided the perfect blend of structure and creativity, with tools, templates, and resources available to help everyone craft a vision and plan that resonated with their unique goals. Each participant took a different approach, focusing on what mattered most to them—whether it was professional growth, personal aspirations, or a mix of both.

It wasn’t just about individual planning; the group dynamic played a big part in the session’s success. Sharing ideas and goals brought a sense of accountability and inspiration, making those visions feel more tangible and achievable. The collaborative environment created space for participants to spark new ideas, draw motivation from one another, and set the tone for a productive and intentional year ahead.

Attendees agreed that carving out dedicated time to reflect, plan, and create was one of the most valuable aspects of the session—something many said they wouldn’t have done without the event. By the end of the session, participants left with clear goals, actionable plans, and a visual reminder of their aspirations for 2024.

This was more than a workshop; it was a community-building moment. Bringing together like-minded founders to focus on what’s important not only sparked individual clarity but reinforced the power of connection and collaboration in setting the stage for success.
