Crystal McGregor's "Let’s Get Customers" Workshop Ignites Enthusiasm in Moree

Moree, NSW – On 9 April 2024, Moree's entrepreneurial community gathered for the "Let’s Get Customers" workshop, led by the highly acclaimed Crystal McGregor.

Attendees enjoyed a delightful breakfast featuring bacon and egg burgers or granola cups from Café Omega, paired with coffee from the Social Co House, setting a positive tone for the day. The event provided a simple yet powerful method for finding and retaining new customers and earned rave reviews from attendees.

Crystal McGregor captivated the audience with a step-by-step session on creating an effective Customer Journey Map. The workshop covered essential strategies to attract and convert new customers, determine what will surprise and delight them, encourage customers to promote the business, and use data to make informed 'next step' decisions. The "Let’s Get Customers" framework offered a straightforward roadmap for prioritising efforts in starting or building a business, making it an invaluable tool for all attendees.

The event also featured individual consultations with Crystal, where nine participants received tailored advice for their specific needs. Feedback from these sessions was overwhelmingly positive, with comments like, “Fantastic workshop, looking forward to more,” and “Crystal was a great presenter, I could have sat there for hours!”

Participants left the workshop with a clear vision and practical strategies to implement in their businesses. Many found the customer journey map particularly useful and left with tangible ideas they could put into practice.
