Simpli Move
SimpliMove is a cutting-edge health platform designed to improve movement and overall well-being through personalised, science-backed exercise programs. Founded by sisters Deborah Hunter & Sandra Hunter and supported by a team of experts, SimpliMove offers tailored rehabilitation and exercise plans to help individuals manage pain, recover from injury, and enhance physical performance.
Deborah, the principal physiotherapist of a large allied health practice in rural New South Wales, brings over 30 years of clinical experience to SimpliMove. Her expertise lies in supporting middle-aged and older adults, helping them stay active and functional as they age. Deborah’s deep understanding of evidence-based care ensures that every SimpliMove program is grounded in clinical best practices, making it a trusted resource for rehabilitation and physical health.
Joining her is Sandra Hunter, PhD, an internationally renowned professor of exercise physiology and science at the University of Michigan, USA. With over 160 publications, Sandra’s research focuses on the benefits of exercise for people of all ages, particularly in managing clinical conditions like diabetes and the effects of aging on muscles and the heart.
Together, the SimpliMove team is dedicated to making physiotherapy and exercise accessible to everyone, helping people live pain-free and maintain their independence through movement.
