Zondii, NENW agritech startup making impact

Zondii!  In a world leading, innovative agricultural community like the New England North West, this is a name you’ll want to know more about.

Based in Armidale, Zondii is a global technology company that instantly verifies and validates food and fibre using your smartphone.  Founder Danielle Morton is on a mission to give farmers the tools, data and science to understand the quality of their produce and make more informed decisions. The easy to use, cost effective technology picks up markers across multiple verticals, from verifying micron of wool, the organic status of fruit to confirming authenticity and identifying regional fingerprints for provenance and traceability.

You’d better watch this space because Zondii is moving fast. The company was recently announced as one of the winners of the Future Technology Program by KPMG High Growth Ventures and later this month, Zondii will join 40 other agri-tech startups from around the world at Asia Pacific's premier agrifood tech event AgriFutures evokeAG.  Here they will showcase their product to over 1,500 industry leaders, farmers, innovators, universities, corporates, government and investors.

Connecting the agrifood innovation community, evokeAG 2023 will be held on the 21-22 February 2023 at the Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide, South Australia.

As a valued member of the ecosystem of opportunity at the UNE SMART Region Incubator and representing agri-tech innovation in the New England North West, Zondii really is inventing the future for regional NSW.
