TEBA Program leaves lasting impact on Narrabri's economic landscape
Narrabri, NSW - The Exchange Business Activator (TEBA), a pioneering collaboration between the NSW Government, Narrabri Shire Council, The Exchange Narrabri, and UNE SMART Region Incubator, has concluded its transformative 18-month journey, leaving an enduring mark on Narrabri's economic and community fabric. This innovative program, spanning from 2021 to 2023, was a beacon of economic recovery and community resilience, harnessing the power of innovation and job creation.
TEBA's ambitious undertaking encompassed eight dedicated programs, designed to empower the region's businesses and entrepreneurs. At its heart was a comprehensive 12-month Leverage program for founders and entrepreneurs focussed on growing their business. LEVERAGE helped to simplify strategy, create engaged teams, execute reliably, and increase cash flow.
Throughout the program's lifespan, TEBA served as a nexus of knowledge exchange and collaboration. Mentoring sessions, masterclasses, and learning lunches provided an invaluable platform for insights from industry experts, while a series of networking events fostered connections and offered real-world solutions to business challenges.
As TEBA's inaugural chapter draws to a close, its legacy is poised to continue. The program has recently announced a forward-looking collaboration between Narrabri Shire Council and The Exchange, ensuring that the spirit of innovation, economic rejuvenation, and community resilience ignited by TEBA will endure and flourish.
