Co-working, Open for Business!

One of the best things about the UNE SRI is our community, and there’s no better way to experience it than in one of our co-working spaces.

Ahead of Small Business Month, UNE SRI decided to encourage people to explore co-working..

The Peel House co-working space opened its doors to the community between 21 and 25 February - offering a chance to book a hot desk iamworth for free!

On 2 March, UNE SRI in Armidale held an open day at NOVA, to let everyone know that it is ‘Open for Business’. Business owners and other community members took advantage of the chance to explore the space, or take a guided tour of the former ‘old library’ building that is now a co-working space including hot desks, dedicated offices, a theatre room and a sound proofed video/podcasting suite.

This event also launched Free Hot Desk Fridays at NOVA! For March and April, everyone is welcome to take advantage of Free Hot Desk Friday to see what it feels like to work in the NOVA co-working space.

UNE SRI supports AgriTech, HealthTech, CleanTech, Creative and Cultural Industries to grow in New England North West - including by providing a community within which a new business can succeed. Utilising one of our co-working spaces is one way to be a part of that community!
