Nerida McGilchrist
Nerida is the founder of Equilize Horse Nutrition consultancy and My Happy Horse, an innovative online platform dedicated to horse nutrition and well-being. Previously, she co-founded FeedXL, a horse nutrition calculator. Nerida will share her experience of exiting FeedXL due to unforeseen difficulties with co-founders. Her story offers a genuine perspective on navigating the challenges of an unplanned exit and how she has moved forward with resilience and new ventures. Additionally, she provides valuable insights into considerations when co-founding a business and what to look out for along the way.

Edwina Sharrock
Birth Beat founder Edwina recently sold her business and will provide candid and practical advice on scaling and preparing a business for sale—even when it's completely unplanned! Edwina will also share her journey from in-person classes to creating a scalable offering and what she did to set up the business in a way that would make it appealing to buyers. She will discuss considerations for what you actually sell, such as customer databases, IP, physical items, and processes. Edwina brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the needs of regional business owners, making business concepts approachable and achievable.

Andy Chambers
Founder of Wolf Tax, Andy graduated from the University of New England with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Management and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Andy is an experienced small business accountant who will share his perspective on the financial management side of preparing your business for exit. He has a unique ability to make accounting and business planning concepts easy to understand and implement. Andy's approach is fun and refreshing, which makes it easier for business owners to grasp essential financial concepts. Andy will cover essential aspects like maintaining proper financial records, understanding equity structures, and the numbers that matter most to potential buyers.
